User groups defined in the user directory (LDAP) are not assigned.

If a user has assigned new groups in the user directory, in order for these groups to appear in Athento assigned to the user, the user must access Athento.

The assignment of groups to a user is only done at the moment of "binding", that is, at the moment when the user accesses Athento and his credentials and permissions are checked, in this case, his groups.

If the user has accessed Athento after the groups have been assigned in LDAP but still does not see them, the user's details, assigned groups and details about whether it happens to this user only or to several users should be sent to soporte@athento.com.
