Can additional tickets be purchased?

To increase the number of tickets, Athento customers have two options:

1.  Upgrade to a higher support plan
2. Purchase a bag of tickets

Duration of ticket bags

Hour bags are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused tickets will not accumulate for the following year.
