All Athento support plans come with a number of tickets included in your plan. You have one year to consume the tickets included in your plan.
What is considered a support ticket?
A support ticket is considered any request made to the support service, from a service request to the resolution of an incident. Each request sent to our support system will consume one ticket from the number of annual tickets included in your support.
In the case of projects that include customizations or parameterizations of Athento, the first two months after going into production, the number of tickets received will not be counted.
In the case of incidents directly related to a product upgrade, deployment or adjustments, a 15-day warranty is offered and, therefore, tickets generated during this period and directly related to the upgrade will not be taken into account.
