What to do if a document is left in Processing state?

A document can be left in Processing state when an error occurs during processing.

In most of the cases, this can be solved by processing the document again. You can reprocess the document by clicking on "Complete Process" under the Operations menu.

So click on the mentioned option and wait until the processing is finished. This process may take a bit, depending on the tasks that must be executed or on the size of the document.
