The “Create Knowledge Article (Zendesk Guide)” operation allows you to create or update a knowledge article in Zendesk Guide from an Athento document.
Configuration parameters
Section name: Name of the Zendesk Guide section where the article will be created.
(Required. If it does not exist, an error will be displayed.)
Permission Group name: Name of the permission group that will control who can manage/edit the article.
(Required.)
User Segment name: Name of the user segment that will be able to view the article.
(Required.)
Locale: Language/locale of the article translation (e.g., es, es-es, en-us).
(Optional. If not specified, the default behavior of Zendesk/your Help Center will be used.)
When executed, the operation takes the title from the file name and the body from the document content, creates the article as a draft in the specified section, and applies permissions and user segments for visibility. If the document already has an article, instead of creating a new one, it updates that article (using the locale if provided) and, if it is a creation, saves the ID in that feature. Requires a valid Zendesk configuration on the team; otherwise, it stops with an error.
