Notifications when creating and completing tasks

Athento allows notification when creating and completing tasks. For this, in the operation to create tasks 'op_create_task_v2', the task_type field must be configured indicating the DocumentWorkflowTaskType to be created in the task.

In this DocumentWorkflowTaskType is configured the user/group of users to which the tasks are assigned. These users will be sent the task assignment notification. Once these users have finished their tasks, a notification will be sent to the task creator (the user who has executed the operation).

The notifications that will be sent will be a NotificationTemplate that has to be added from the advanced configuration in the following DocumentWorkflowTaskType fields:

Assignment notification template: In which the template to be sent in the notification to the users to whom a task has been assigned is selected.

Closing notification template: In which the template to be sent in our notification to the user who has created a task is selected.

If there is no need to be notified when assigning or completing a task, it would be sufficient to leave these fields unchecked.
