Athento allows the creation of tasks from several types of tasks using automation.
To do this, the automation "op_create_tasks_with_several_task_types" must be installed in a space and the corresponding configuration must be carried out for its correct functioning.
It can be installed in the automation library.
When installing it, it can be seen that this operation has several parameters, which are the following:
- Task types: Multiple. Mandatory parameter.
- Field with groups of task actors. The task for each group: Choice/multichoice field with subtype groups that collects the groups of task actors. A task shall be created for each group for each type of task.
- Field with task actor groups. The task for each user: Choice/multichoice field with subtype groups that collects task actor groups. A task will be created for each user in each group for each type of task.
