Athento allows tasks to be created in an automated way so that users can perform them. This is a complementary functionality to the lifecycle, which can be used in conjunction with it or independently. It is possible, for example, to create tasks to be resolved at a particular state in the lifecycle.
Tasks can be created with the operation configuration, or they can be created from pre-existing configurations in Workflow tasks type (only available from advanced administration).
To create tasks automatically, the operation "Create a new task" or "Create a new task" must be installed according to How to activate operations in a space.
Once installed in the space, it must be assigned to the corresponding phase according to the business process, for example, it can be in the No Phase processing state and then configured in a life cycle state, on a button or as defined in the process. Next, the parameters for the configuration of the operation must be indicated. These parameters are as follows:
Name of the group actor: Here you must choose the group to which the task is to be assigned.
Task required: Indicates whether the task to be created will be required. If the "Task type" parameter is indicated, this parameter will not be taken into account and whether the task is required or not will be determined by the task type itself.
Task name: The name of the task is set here.
Task type: In this section you register what type of task it will be. The type of task must be previously created from the advanced administration.
User: choice type field and user subtype in which you indicate to whom the task will be assigned.
Users: choice type field and user subtype in which you indicate to whom the task will be assigned.
Where can I see the tasks that are created?
Open and closed tasks are displayed in the task modal. For more information, see the following link. Task modal.
