Folder forms

Athento allows you to visualize forms as folders, or seen in another way, Athento allows you to create folders with fields.

This functionality is ideal for working with forms that "contain" other documents. The clearest case is that of a file. An employee file, for example, contains data about the employee (name, surname, ID number, number of employees, etc.), as well as the employee's documents (ID, titles, contracts, etc.).

If we want to display a form as a folder from the navigation, we must add the Folderish facet to the form.

Convert a form into a folder

To convert a form into a folder, go to the form in question from the Forms tab.

Then, from the Basic Configuration panel, activate the Folderish facet.
