How to enable forms in a space?

From the space administration, go to the Forms tab.

You can activate the forms available in the team by clicking on the activate option that appears to the right of the form name in the "Disabled forms" panel.

Once active, the forms will appear on the left side of the screen in the "Enabled Forms" panel.
