How to subscribe to a queue

Subscriptions will allow you to receive notifications about changes in the documents listed in a queue.

To subscribe to a queue, go to the queue options button.

Click on Subscribe.

Subscribe other users to the queue

If you are an administrator and want to subscribe other users to the queue, use the "Manage Subscriptions" option.

• Frequency: How often the tray or queue notification will be sent to subscribed users.
• Subscribers: Users who will receive the notification 

Use the Add new subscriber field to subscribe users. Start typing the user's name and Athento will suggest results. Click on the user you want to subscribe to the queue.
