Enable direct uploading of documents to a space from the dashboard

From the space configuration it is possible to enable a quick document loading area on the dashboard.

By checking this option, users will be able to drag and drop documents from the dashboard to a particular space without having to select space and form.

Order of the direct loading boxes on the dashboard

From the advanced space management, in the field (direct_upload_order) you can specify the order of the fast upload boxes. This field has by default the number 0.

The order specified in the boxes is ascending (1,2,3...), the first box to be displayed from top to bottom will be the one with order 1.

If there are several boxes with the same number in the order field, they will be grouped together without a specific order.

Hide the default loading panel

When using panels for direct loading into Athento spaces, you may want to hide the document loading panel that is natively displayed in the tool:

To do this, it is necessary to access the advanced administration of the equipment, disable the option “Show load panel on the dashboard”:
