How do I configure LDAP access?

From the Team administration, click on Integrations, there you will find the section to configure the authentication against the active directory.

The data you need to configure are:

• Host: This is the name of the LDAP or Active Directory server.
• Search base: It is the LDAP branch on which the users will be authenticated, for example: ou=users,dc:
• User: This is the user to authenticate against the LDAP or active directory.
• Password: It is the password to authenticate against the LDAP or active directory. Except for special needs, it can be read-only.

It is recommended that access is always through LDAPS as well as adding Athento's IPs in the whitelist of your firewall.
