How to avoid users changing their ID number from their user profile?

To control the editing of a user's identification number, access Advanced Administration. In Config Properties, you will find a property called 'can_edit_identification_number' which by default will be 'True.' To prevent a user from editing their identification number, this value needs to be changed to 'False'.
