Update document from Zendesk

Athento allows you to update a document from Zendesk. To do this, the document must first be uploaded using the “op_send_document_to_zendesk” operation. Once uploaded, using the “op_retrieve_zendesk_document” operation will update the document with the changes from Zendesk. This operation does not require any parameters to be configured.
