Athento allows you to filter by the value of a table-type field in the advanced search. This filter will be available for use in those places where the advanced search is used: Document table, Queues, field automations, etc.
If we go to the document search, when opening the advanced search, in the fields section we can select a table-type field.
When selecting a field of this type, you will have three options available for filtering:
- With value...: Documents will be displayed whose table type field contains the defined value. The filter is not case sensitive.
- Empty: When filtering by this option, only documents whose table field has no rows will be displayed.
- Not empty: When filtering by this option, only documents whose table field has at least one row will be displayed.
Example: Filtering by the value “Manuel” will display a document that contains the defined text in one of its rows.
