Chat with search results using Artificial Intelligence

Athento allows you to interact with documents from a search using advanced search or from the documents tab of a form using Athenea's artificial intelligence.

Prerequisites

• The server must have two configuration settings:
  • OPENAI_API_KEY. Open AI API key.
  • OPENAI_ASSISTANT_ID. Open AI assistant ID. This can be created from the following link. The “File search” tool must be enabled for the assistant.

You can use your own OpenAI account or ask Athento to activate the service via support.

How it works

Advanced Search

From the advanced search tab, we can ask questions about the documents.

Form

We can also perform searches from the documents tab of a form.

In all cases, pressing the button will open a modal window where we can type the question we want to ask about the documents displayed in the table as a result of the search we have performed.

Athenea will respond based on the documents from our search. For the time being, only the first 10 documents from the current search page will be used, and only those documents whose binary file has one of the following extensions will be used: .doc, .docx, .html, .json, .md, .pdf, .pptx, and .txt.
