Export data from advanced search

Athento allows you to export a report of the documents returned by a search.

To use this feature, go to the advanced search and enter your query. Once filtered, click on the “Export” button.

This button will open a dialog box to select the export format. You can also include the URLs of the documents in the report. For folders, the URL will be the navigation URL.

When you export, the file containing all the data will be downloaded directly.
