Filling Choice subtype Dictionary type field values from the textual content of a document

To fill values of fields of type Choice subtype Dictionary from the textual content of a document, the op_autotagging_based_on_dictionary_values operation can be used.

For the operation to work correctly, the text of the document must have been previously extracted from one of the extraction operations such as Extract OCR, Extract TEXT or some other similar operation.

To use it, first of all, it must be installed in the desired space:

Once installed, the different parameters must be configured:

• Field where to place the value: this is the metadata type Choice subtype Dictionary that will be filled in once one of the values of the dictionary you have configured is found in the document.
• Page number: Indicates the page number on which the dictionary values will be searched. By default it has value 0, indicating that all the pages of the document will be searched. Applies when the text has been extracted from OCR. This parameter can be useful when there are many pages in a document and many dictionary entries, speeding up the search process by indicating exactly the page to be searched.
• Search by: Here you can select to search by dictionary values or by dictionary tags. You can also choose to search by both.
• Tolerance level: You can select the tolerance of the search if you want to find exactly the dictionary values or if you want to admit that there can be one or more different characters.

Once this configuration is done, the operation can be configured wherever it needs to be executed.
