How to move configurations, documents and field values from one team to another within the same instance?

Athento allows moving configurations, documents and field values from one team to another within the same instance.

IMPORTANT:
These configurations require access to advanced administration.

To change team or team slots, you must have access to the advanced administration and change the slot to the new team. For more details on changing team slots, see How can I copy a slot with its settings to another team?

Forms

When forms are associated to a space, they will be moved to the team with the space that was previously changed to the team. However, from the advanced administration, the new team to which the form is associated must also be modified.

You must enter the advanced administration on Document types, search for the form and enter it, and adjust it to the new team.

Groups

Access the advanced administration and look for the group name in Group ases. Enter the corresponding group and set the name of the new team.

Verify that everything is working correctly

Do not forget to test. It is possible that there are automatisms pointing to objects from other teams. In some cases, you will have to reinstall the operations in order to change their configuration or operation for the new space.
