How can document metadata be completed?

In Athento, it is possible to complete document metadata in several ways:

• Manual entry by users.
• Automatic entry by third-party applications or using the API in general.
• Automatic entry based on business rules.
• Inheritance of metadata from files, document types, series, etc.
• In formalization.
• Taking information from own file (e.g. video or image metadata).

In addition, metadata can be presented in different ways:

• Leave values as editable.
• Hide metadata.
• Show them without the possibility of editing.
• Decide where they are displayed in the document layout.
