Does Athento allow security audits?

Yes, Athento allows customers to perform security audits. In order for these audits to be carried out efficiently, the audits are performed according to the rules described below:

• They must be notified through our support service at least two working weeks in advance.
• Such audits are at the customer's expense.
• The resolution of findings requires 2 to 3 working weeks.
• Athento only resolves issues within international security standards.
• Non-standard security requirements will require professional services that will be billed to the client.
