Exporting a task report of form documents

Athento allows to export in csv format all the tasks of all the documents of a form.

This csv is oriented to be exploited by a BI tool. If an advanced user wants to exploit it, he can open or import it with a spreadsheet management tool (LibreOffice, OpenOffice, Excel, Numbers, etc) in UTF-8 format.

To perform this export, you must go to the list of forms.

Then select the form from which you want to obtain the data.

Once inside, access the export tab of the form.

To download the report, simply click on the link provided in the tab.

The data to be exported in the csv will be the following:

• UUID of the task document.
• Name of the task document.
• Series of the task document.
• Name of the task.
• Status of the task.
• Task actor.
• Task actor group.
• Last actor of the task.
• Type of the task.

PS: The export must be previously configured. You can contact Athento to make the necessary configuration.
