Athento allows you to activate advanced filters for columns in document trays.
This can be activated from queue administration. To do this, you must activate the “Column Filter” and “Advance Filter” settings.
Once both settings are enabled, we will be able to see the advanced filters for the columns available for our queue in the table.
In these filters, we can select the values to filter by for each of the columns in the table.
Additionally, we can indicate in the “Advanced filter columns” attribute which columns we want to enable advanced search on. These columns must be selected to be displayed in the queue. To do this, we must specify the column identifiers separated by commas. The available identifiers are:
- For basic columns:
- Title: dc:title.
- Author: author.
- Space: series.
- Form: doctype.
- Document status: status.
- Lifecycle: lifecycle.
- Creation date: creation_date.
- Creation time: creation_time.
- Validation date: validation_time.
- User who last modified the document: modified_by.
- Modification date: modified_date.
- Modification time: modified_time.
- For field columns: The UUID of the field must be indicated.
The following example shows how the “Author” column and the column of a field have been specified.
**Note: Only available for queues that do not have the new panel enabled.
