Execution of operations on documents in trays

It is possible to configure the execution of operations on the documents displayed in a tray.

To do this, assuming that you already have a tray configured, you need to perform the following steps:

1. Go to advanced administration to “Document queue operations”.
2. Add a new item indicating:
3. Name of the operation
4. Module to be executed, for example: custom.operations.module_name
   Check the “Enabled” option
5. Check “Allow multiple executions over items” if you want the operation to be executed multiple times for each item (depending on how often you set the command in the last step).
   In the option “Allow multiple executions after x days” leave 9999 or the desired value.
   This option and the previous one must be used separately, if the first option is checked, the operation will be executed continuously regardless of the days configured in the latter.

1. Save the record
2. In the right menu of the tray, open the “Manage Queue” option to go to advanced administration. 
3. Go to the “qoperations” field and add the operation configured in the previous steps.
   
   
   
4. Configure the run_queue_operations command to run at the desired frequency.
