How to apply a custom color to a state in a lifecycle?

This functionality requires advanced administration access.

Athento allows you to designate a color for a state within a lifecycle. This color will be used to display the state at various points in the user interface.

To assign a color to a state in the lifecycle, access the advanced administration (Home > Lifecycle > States) of the state for which you want to change the color.

Locate the "color" attribute.

This attribute must be specified with a hexadecimal value (a # followed by 6 characters). A webpage that can be helpful to find the specific color you want is:

Once this color is specified, we will see the representation of the state using it in the main document view and in the documents tab of the forms.
