Resend signature requests from Athento

Athento allows, through its integration with the Viafirma provider, to provide electronic signatures to documents.

Cases may arise in which the documents require a resubmission of the request so that the users involved in the signature can stamp it on the document.

Therefore, Athento allows the resending of the signature request while the request is open and still pending signature. This can be done through the "Resend notification" button.

In the case of signature requests that have been completed, rejected or expired, the notification resend button will not be enabled. This must be done directly from the Viafirma provider's platform.
