How to disable the upload panel displayed at the bottom of the search page?

It is possible to hide the Load files panel that appears at the bottom of the search page.

To do so, go to the advanced administration of the Team.  At the end of the page, you will find the dropdown 'Team configurations'. From there, disable the option 'Allow load files in document search'.
