How to require comments in order to click on the action buttons for a task

Athento allows you to require comments in order to click on the action buttons for a task. To do this, the first thing you need to do is access the administration of the type of task you want to control and enable the “Is comment required on action buttons” checkbox.

Once checked, the comment will be required in order to click on the action buttons for tasks of that type.
