How do I create a user for web services consumption?

To create a user for web service calls, the following must be done:

1. Create the user in the normal way
2. From the advanced administration area, go to the "Users" application in the "Users" list, search for the user and check the "Is Service" option. This option allows the user's password not to expire, nor to be deactivated in case of inactivity.
