In the Automation tab of a space, it is possible to enable automation tasks/operations to process documents automatically. The order in which the automation tasks are executed is determined by the processing phases.
For each operation, Athento allows you to select the phase in which it will be executed. The processing phases are as follows:
| Post load | The operation will be executed after a document is loaded. |
| Post characterization | The operation will be executed after document feature extraction. |
| Post classification | The operation will be executed after document classification. |
| Post extraction | The operation will be executed after data extraction. |
| Post validation | The operation will be executed when users click on the validate button of each document. |
| No phase | The operation is active but is not associated with any phase. |
