How to unlock fields in a life cycle state?

Athento has an operation that allows to unlock form fields during life cycle states. The name of the operation is Unlock document metadata.

To install this operation, simply go to the operations marketplace available in the "Operations" tab of each space and click on the "Install" button on the operation.

After installation, select "No phase" as it will be installed during a life cycle state and edit the parameters to configure the metadata to be unlocked in the form.

The internal name of the metadata must be entered in the 'Unlock only' or 'do not unlock' field depending on the action to be performed in the lifecycle state. If 'Unlock only' is empty, all metadata in the form will be unlocked. 

If there is more than one field, they must be separated by comma (,) between them; for example: metadata.name1, metadata.name2

Save the changes and set the operation to the appropriate lifecycle state.
