Athento has 4 fundamental integration mechanisms:

• API: Athento has a powerful, easy to use and understand REST API.
• URLs that can be embedded as iframes to preview or create documents from third-party applications.
• CMIS: CMIS is a communication standard that allows interaction between ECM applications. This method is deprecated and not recommended.
•  Integrations with specific products: OneDrive, SalesForce, SharepointOnline.
