In some occasions, Athento will send an email notifying that an access to your account has been detected. This email is generated when the use of a different browser, operating system or IP address than usual is identified.
If you have accessed at that moment and the data of the browser, operating system (platform), IP and location match yours, it is not necessary to take any action.
In case the email arrives at a time when you have not logged in, or if the browser, operating system, IP or location data do not match, it is recommended to close all active sessions and change the password.
