To find the public IP address of an environment, you can press the Windows key, type 'cmd,' and a command prompt will appear.
There, you should type 'nslookup + client's domain'.
When executing this command, you don't need to enter a URL. In other words, it wouldn't be valid
https://app4.athento.com/accounts/login but a subdomain like, for example app4.athento.com.
This is an example of running the 'nslookup app4.athento.com' command.
The public IP address for the app4.athento.com environment is 54.37.79.228, as shown in the image.
Note: This is valid for almost any environment. It's only necessary to consider environments where a VPN connection is required; there, the returned IP address may be a private IP address.
