What happens when changing a document in Athento from one form to another?

Athento allows you to change the form of existing documents as shown in the article how to change the form of a main or related document, however you must take into account the following:

1. If the fields of form "A" were not filled in, when changing to form "B" they will not be preserved in the document view and only the fields of the new form will be reflected.

2. If all or some of the fields of form "A" have been completed, they shall be retained when the document is transferred to form "B" and the fields of the new form shall be added.
